<== That’s a picture of my wife and I at a Lion’s game at Ford Field last season. The cool things is – they actually won!  🙂

When you call, I’ll answer. Because it’s important that I understand your situation and your needs so I can put together the best offer possible up front. And that’s hard to do if I have my calls answered by some answering service or a “virtual assistant” in the Philippines.
So if you need to “Sell My House Fast Trenton Michigan“…  I’d sincerely appreciate it if you’d let me give you a fair, all-cash offer.
I have a local and family-owned business that only serves residents of Metro Detroit. I’ve been working with local homeowners since 2004 and have been successful over that time because we do right by homeowners here.  We’re professional and discreet. And we don’t charge junk fees or any commissions, even though we can handle the transaction from start to finish.

And since we’ve been in business so long, and survived the great recession ten years ago, my company has worked with homeowners in pretty much every situation imaginable, including:

  • Foreclosure
  • Divorce
  • Upside down on mortgage
  • Behind on payments
  • Probate and estate homes
  • Vacant homes
  • Relocations
  • Owners with bad tenants that want to sell
  • Fire Damage, Flood Damage, Mold, or structural issues
  • Seller’s frustrated by ineffective real estate agents

Basically, if you have a property and need to sell it… we’d like to make you a fair cash offer and close on it when you’re ready.

Do You Need To Sell My House Fast in Trenton Michigan?

Sell My House Fast Trenton MichiganYou’ve tried to sell your house but are running into roadblocks.  You probably even tried calling a real estate agent. Sometimes selling a house the traditional way with a real estate agent simply isn’t the best for everyone.  As you know, there can be lots of pitfalls when selling a house the agent route, including: having to clean up and repair the property so it shows well, finding an agent who you trust and who can deliver on their promise (selling your house quickly), signing a contract that binds you to an agent for a certain term, the piles of paperwork you have to sign, shuffling paperwork back and forth from buyer –> to agent –> to you… and back.

The biggest issue with trying to sell with a real estate agent or selling it yourself is often times retail buyers will tie up a home for weeks and pull out on the deal at the last second… or have their bank loan fall through.

It can all add stress, months to the process, and in the end after paying the agent fees, you may or may not be ahead of the game.

At Sell My House Fast Trenton Michigan, we’re different.

First, as I mentioned before, I take all the calls that come in from prospective sellers like you.

Second, we do everything that we can to get out to see your home as quickly as possible – so we can make you a cash offer.

Here’s a tip: Don’t fall for the claim that buyers often make about giving you an offer on your home without seeing it. Does that really make sense? Of course it doesn’t. It normally happens with buyers who are out of state or out of the area, and it’s simply a way for them to get you to agree to a price so you stop talking to other buyers.

Then, right before closing, they’ll adjust their offer down, often WAY down, and dare you to reject it and start talking to buyers all over again. Don’t fall for it!

If by chance it does happen to you, then reject their offer and call me directly. I can easily step in as the buyer at my offer price without too much of a delay with closing.

Third, we don’t do “lowball offers”. We don’t do high pressure. We don’t so an endless sales pitch to try to wear you down to take our offer.

And fourth, we don’t do a lot of back and forth negotiating trying to get you to take a really low price. This is a competitive market and I know that you have a lot of options. So at Sell My House Fast Trenton Michigan we give you a fair cash offer – right up front. We don’t play games.

I also want to make sure that you know that if the home you’re looking to sell is in terrible shape and you don’t want to (or can’t) fix it up… NO problem, we’ll deal with it for you.

And if you need to get a sale done quickly, we can close in as little as 7 days because we buy houses with cash and don’t have to rely on traditional bank financing. (Go here to learn about our process <<)

In short…

No matter the condition of your house – your situation – or timeframe…

Our goal is to help make your life easier and to get out from under that property that’s stressing you out… while still paying a fast, fair, and honest price for your house.

About Trenton Michigan

Trenton is a small city in Wayne County in the southeast portion of the U.S. state of Michigan. At the 2010 census, the city population was 18,853. The city is part of Downriver, a collection of mostly blue-collar communities south of Detroit on the west bank of the Detroit River.

Many residents are employed in the city’s factories such as the Chrysler Trenton Engine Plant, Solutia, and the Trenton Channel Power Plant. Oakwood South Shore Hospital (formerly known as Seaway Hospital) is located within city limits and has 203 beds. The former McLouth Steel plant is also located in the city. There is rail service in the city. The city operates the 21,000-square-foot Trenton Veterans Memorial Library and a historical museum. Trenton has 15 churches of 10 denominations.

The Battle of Monguagon took place in Trenton on what is now the site of Elizabeth Park. Elizabeth Park is part of the Wayne County park system and was the first county park in Michigan, designated in 1919.

The founder of Trenton is considered to be Abram Caleb Truax, a member of the territorial militia in attendance when General William Hull surrendered Detroit to the British General Isaac Brock early in the War of 1812. After the war, in 1816, Truax acquired a large tract of land in the Michigan Territory along the Detroit River from the U.S. government and constructed a sawmill, church and store in what is today downtown Trenton.

When Territorial Governor Lewis Cass organized Monguagon Township in 1827, Truax became the first Township Supervisor. He laid out the village of Truaxton in 1834. A post office had been established there named “Monguago” in 1828 with Truax as the first postmaster. The post office name was changed to “Truago” in 1837, and to “Trenton” in 1847, after a type of limestone mined from a local quarry. The village was platted and recorded under the name Trenton in 1850 by Abram’s son and daughter George Brigham Truax and Sophia Slocum, the wife of industrialist Giles Slocum. The Slocum family estate was given to the county, becoming what is known as Elizabeth Park, named after Elizabeth Slocum.

In 1834 an industrialist, Giles Bryan Slocum, constructed a dock, making Trenton a major hub of steamboat traffic. In 1846, Capt. Arthur Edwards founded the Detroit & Cleveland Steamboat Company in Trenton. Through the late 1880s Trenton, like several Downriver communities, was known for its extensive shipyards. Sibley, Michigan would not be incorporated into Trenton until 1929. Trenton was incorporated as a village in 1855.

A Detroit businessman and later Michigan’s first U.S. attorney, Solomon Sibley, started a limestone quarry near Trenton, near what is today Fort Street and Sibley Road. Materials from the quarry were used to construct structures in Detroit, most notably Fort Detroit along the Detroit River. The quarry was later sold to Austin Church, who used limestone to make baking soda, which he sold under his family’s nameplate, Arm & Hammer. In 1900 the quarry was the site of the Sibley Quarry explosion.

Through the late 1880s and even early 1900s, Trenton prospered because it was roughly a day’s journey between Detroit and Monroe, Michigan, which meant people traveling between the two cities would have to stop overnight in Trenton.

Trenton annexed the village of Sibley (along the modern Riverview border) in 1929, extending the city’s northern boundary to modern-day Sibley Road. Trenton was incorporated as a city in 1957. In 1920 a small light railroad ran along West Jefferson to Wyandotte. The rail services ended in 1934. The tracks were removed in 1942 for the war effort.
