<== That’s a picture of my wife and I at a Lion’s game at Ford Field last season. The cool things is – they actually won!  🙂

When you call, I’ll answer. Because it’s important that I understand your situation and your needs so I can put together the best offer possible up front. And that’s hard to do if I have my calls answered by some answering service or a “virtual assistant” in the Philippines.
So if you need to “Sell My House Fast South Lyon Michigan“…  I’d sincerely appreciate it if you’d let me give you a fair, all-cash offer.
I have a local and family-owned business that only serves residents of Metro Detroit. I’ve been working with local homeowners since 2004 and have been successful over that time because we do right by homeowners here.  We’re professional and discreet. And we don’t charge junk fees or any commissions, even though we can handle the transaction from start to finish.

And since we’ve been in business so long, and survived the great recession ten years ago, my company has worked with homeowners in pretty much every situation imaginable, including:

  • Foreclosure
  • Divorce
  • Upside down on mortgage
  • Behind on payments
  • Probate and estate homes
  • Vacant homes
  • Relocations
  • Owners with bad tenants that want to sell
  • Fire Damage, Flood Damage, Mold, or structural issues
  • Seller’s frustrated by ineffective real estate agents

Basically, if you have a property and need to sell it… we’d like to make you a fair cash offer and close on it when you’re ready.

Do You Need To Sell My House Fast in South Lyon Michigan?

Sell My House Fast South Lyon MichiganYou’ve tried to sell your house but are running into roadblocks.  You probably even tried calling a real estate agent. Sometimes selling a house the traditional way with a real estate agent simply isn’t the best for everyone.  As you know, there can be lots of pitfalls when selling a house the agent route, including: having to clean up and repair the property so it shows well, finding an agent who you trust and who can deliver on their promise (selling your house quickly), signing a contract that binds you to an agent for a certain term, the piles of paperwork you have to sign, shuffling paperwork back and forth from buyer –> to agent –> to you… and back.

The biggest issue with trying to sell with a real estate agent or selling it yourself is often times retail buyers will tie up a home for weeks and pull out on the deal at the last second… or have their bank loan fall through.

It can all add stress, months to the process, and in the end after paying the agent fees, you may or may not be ahead of the game.

At Sell My House Fast South Lyon Michigan, we’re different.

First, as I mentioned before, I take all the calls that come in from prospective sellers like you.

Second, we do everything that we can to get out to see your home as quickly as possible – so we can make you a cash offer.

Here’s a tip: Don’t fall for the claim that buyers often make about giving you an offer on your home without seeing it. Does that really make sense? Of course it doesn’t. It normally happens with buyers who are out of state or out of the area, and it’s simply a way for them to get you to agree to a price so you stop talking to other buyers.

Then, right before closing, they’ll adjust their offer down, often WAY down, and dare you to reject it and start talking to buyers all over again. Don’t fall for it!

If by chance it does happen to you, then reject their offer and call me directly. I can easily step in as the buyer at my offer price without too much of a delay with closing.

Third, we don’t do “lowball offers”. We don’t do high pressure. We don’t so an endless sales pitch to try to wear you down to take our offer.

And fourth, we don’t do a lot of back and forth negotiating trying to get you to take a really low price. This is a competitive market and I know that you have a lot of options. So at Sell My House Fast South Lyon Michigan we give you a fair cash offer – right up front. We don’t play games.

I also want to make sure that you know that if the home you’re looking to sell is in terrible shape and you don’t want to (or can’t) fix it up… NO problem, we’ll deal with it for you.

And if you need to get a sale done quickly, we can close in as little as 7 days because we buy houses with cash and don’t have to rely on traditional bank financing. (Go here to learn about our process <<)

In short…

No matter the condition of your house – your situation – or timeframe…

Our goal is to help make your life easier and to get out from under that property that’s stressing you out… while still paying a fast, fair, and honest price for your house.

About South Lyon Michigan

South Lyon is a city in Southwestern Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan, in Metro Detroit. The population was 11,327 at the 2010 census. The city is part of the South Lyon-Howell-Brighton Urban Area, which had a population of 106,139 according to the 2000 census. South Lyon is located in Oakland County’s Lyon Township, near the Livingston County and Washtenaw County lines. The city is 19 miles (31 km) north of Ann Arbor, 45 miles (72 km) west of Detroit and 58 miles (93 km) east of Lansing.

South Lyon was founded in 1832 and was called Thompson’s Corners. In the same year, the surrounding township was named Lyon for Lucius Lyon, a member of the State Legislature. The village was given a name for its location within the township. South Lyon was incorporated as a village in 1873 and as a city in 1930.

Three rail lines once passed through South Lyon. In the summer of 1871, the Detroit, Lansing and Northern was built west from Plymouth on the way to Lansing and Ionia. In 1880, the predessor to the Ann Arbor Railroad built a line into town from Ann Arbor. The goal of this line was to continue on towards Pontiac but that did not occur under the original owners. The line was pulled up around 1890. In 1883 the Grand Trunk built their Jackson Branch from Pontiac to Jackson, which crossed the Pere Marquette at South Lyon. The GTW branch line continued to serve South Lyon until the early 1980s. The branch line is now a paved bicycle trail through town and Reynold Sweet Parkway follows the original route. Today, South Lyon hosts the CSX main line from Detroit to Grand Rapids, and a passing track is located there.

South Lyon’s McHattie Park (on the west side of Pontiac Trail between 9 Mile and 10 Mile Roads) is the location of the Witch’s Hat Depot Museum and Historic Village. The historic village consists of six buildings: Washburn School (built 1907), Queen Anne Depot (a.k.a. the Witch’s Hat built 1909), the Caboose (circa 1926), the Little Village Chapel (built 1930), the Freight House (built 1984), and the Gazebo (1990). With the exceptions of the Freight House and the Gazebo which were constructed on site, the historic buildings were moved to the park from their original sites starting with the Witch’s Hat in 1976.

McHattie Park and the Museum and Historic Village host public events (once including Depot Days in September and free). Concerts in the Park in summertime.

McHattie Park is also connected to a portion of the Huron Valley Rail Trail which converted an old railroad line into a public trail. The trail is managed by the Western Oakland County Trailway Management Council.

As of the census of 2010, there were 11,327 people, 4,646 households, and 2,914 families residing in the city. The population density was 3,036.7 inhabitants per square mile (1,172.5/km2). There were 5,125 housing units at an average density of 1,374.0 per square mile (530.5/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 95.2% White, 0.8% African American, 0.3% Native American, 1.7% Asian, 0.5% from other races, and 1.6% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.7% of the population.
